據(jù)美國(guó)油價(jià)網(wǎng)8月30日?qǐng)?bào)道，美國(guó)能源信息署（EIA）公布的最新數(shù)據(jù)顯示，截至8月29日當(dāng)周，美國(guó)全國(guó)柴油平均價(jià)格再度升至每加侖5美元上方，為兩個(gè)多月來首次單周上漲。

截至8月29日的一周，美國(guó)全國(guó)柴油價(jià)格從前一周的每加侖4.909美元躍升至每加侖5.115美元。 

由于庫(kù)存不足，柴油價(jià)格上漲，運(yùn)輸、農(nóng)業(yè)等行業(yè)受到打擊，消費(fèi)品價(jià)格也隨之上漲。 

EIA在最新的每周石油狀況報(bào)告中說，包括柴油在內(nèi)的餾分油庫(kù)存比5年同期平均水平低24%左右。

美聯(lián)社援引美國(guó)能源部的一項(xiàng)調(diào)查結(jié)果報(bào)道稱，美國(guó)東北部地區(qū)的柴油庫(kù)存處于危險(xiǎn)的低水平，比最近的平均水平低50%以上。調(diào)查顯示，新英格蘭地區(qū)的柴油和取暖油供應(yīng)量比5年來的平均水平低63%，比馬里蘭到紐約的5年來的平均水平低58%。

如今，美國(guó)全國(guó)柴油價(jià)格回升至每加侖5美元以上，根據(jù)美國(guó)汽車協(xié)會(huì)（AAA）數(shù)據(jù)，8月30日的柴油平均價(jià)格為每加侖5.073美元。相比之下，一個(gè)月前為每加侖4.973美元，去年同期為每加侖3.278美元。

在截至8月8日的一周，美國(guó)柴油平均價(jià)格自3月份以來首次跌至每加侖5美元以下，當(dāng)時(shí)軍事沖突推高了油價(jià)，并顛覆了全球原油和燃料貿(mào)易流。

今年6月19日，柴油價(jià)格創(chuàng)下了每加侖5.816美元的最高紀(jì)錄，這也是AAA數(shù)據(jù)顯示的美國(guó)柴油平均價(jià)格的最高紀(jì)錄。

U.S. Diesel Prices Are Back Above $5

·     Low inventories sent the national average diesel price in the United States back above $5, the first weekly price increase in more than two months.

·     Distillate fuel inventories in the Northeast are particularly low, with supplies of diesel fuel and heating oil in New England currently 63% below the five-year average.

·     There is a growing fear that an extreme weather event could significantly disrupt distillate supply in the North East.

The national average diesel price in the United States rose in the week to August 29 to above $5 per gallon again, the first weekly increase in more than two months, data from the Energy Information Administration (EIA) showed.

For the week to August 29, the U.S. nationwide price of diesel jumped to $5.115 per gallon, up from $4.909/gal for the previous week. 

Higher diesel prices, due to low inventories, are hurting the trucking and agricultural businesses and raising the prices of consumer goods. 

Distillate fuel inventories, which include diesel, are about 24% below the five-year average for this time of year, the EIA said in its latest weekly petroleum status report.

Inventories in the Northeast are dangerously low, at over 50% below the recent average, according to a survey by the U.S. Department of Energy cited by the Associated Press. Supplies of diesel fuel and heating oil are 63% below the five-year average in New England and 58% below the five-year average from Maryland to New York, according to the survey. 

Officials are concerned that an extreme weather event could cause a major disruption to distillate fuel supply in the Northeast and the entire East Coast. 

Now diesel prices nationwide are back up above $5 per gallon, at an average of $5.073/gal on August 30, per AAA data. This compares with $4.973/gal a month ago, and with $3.278/gal at this time last year. 

In the week to August 8, the average U.S. diesel price dropped to below $5/gal for the first time since March, when the war drove oil prices up and upended global crude and fuel trade flows. 

This year’s peak diesel price was hit on June 19 at $5.816 per gallon, which was also the highest ever recorded average diesel price in America, per AAA data.
